How to prep for a photo session in our Buffalo, NY studio

Photo Prep week - Video #3!! ?
This week I will share tips and tricks for preparing, what to expect, and what to bring to your photoshoot shoot! Today's video will guide you through what to check off your list the week before your shoot ??

Hello, everyone!
This week, as promised, I will discuss how to prepare for your portrait or branding session with us! Let's start with what to start doing a week before your shoot.
Gather and Organize Outfits. Complete the Wardrobe Prep Checklist on the "How to Prepare" panel of the Style Guide I give you when you book.
Wax Eyebrows and Upper Lip. Get your brows waxed or threaded by a pro. Have your upper lip waxed as well. Stay close to your natural shape, and don't go too thin.
Wax Body Hair. Wax the hair on your legs and underarms. Depending on how revealing your outfit choices are, you may also need to wax your bikini area.
Cut Back on Caffeine and Salt. Both are dehydrating and cause your body to retain water.
Avoid Fake Tanning. If you usually spray tan or use a fake tanning lotion, take a hiatus now until after your shoot just in case something goes wrong. Allergic reactions happen even years after using the same products. Spray tans and self tanner can look streaky which is tough to correct in post.
I hope you got something out of this video! Please let me know in the comments if you have any questions!
