MR. AND MRS. WILLIAMS|MARRIED IN HOUSTON, TX

 

On May 30th, 2015, Scott and Kelly tied the knot and I was beyond honnored to capture their story for them! 

This gorgeous couple met in college where a friendship slowly bloomed into love. Of course, I may be wrong, but when both of you share great taste and your favorite show is Buffy the Vampire Slayer, you know it's true love! In fact, a reading at the wedding featured a beautiful quote from that fantastic program. This bride and groom are pretty awesome :) 

Before saying "I do", we all had a blast at a fantastic rehearsal and dinner party near Houston, Texas. We had dinner at Larry's French Market! This place had amazing crawfish and live music! Everyone had a great time line dancing and drinking Margaritas.

The next morning we were off to capture the girls getting ready at the beautiful MCM Elegante Hotel. Kelly and her bridesmaids had so much fun goofing around and getting dolled up. We made sure her gorgeous ring and gown were captured in all their glory before being worn for the day.

Scott and his groomsmen were also having a great time playing cards and drinking Scotch! No one had nerves coming up to this event. The feeling of excitment and happiness was evident in everyone involved.

Scott and Kelly choose to have a "first look" before the ceremony. This is such a nice addition to a wedding day. It provides the couple a private moment to get their bearings before a whirlwind event takes over. A first look also provides the opportunity for portraits to be taken care of before guests arrive so that the couple can enjoy the event they spent the better part of the last year or so planning.

Both the ceremony and the reception took place at Brentwood Country Club. Brentwood's event coordinator, Allie was a joy! Allie truly enjoys her job and is very, very good at it. She was there for any and every question and did a wonderful job in making sure everything happened as it should have. 

Brentwood Country Club's scenery and indoor decor was beautiful. The rolling green hills of the fairways made a wonderful backdrop and the rustic interior added beautiful ambiance to this gorgeous event.

Scott and Kelly were on fire their entire wedding day! From being dipped durring the first kiss, having a beautiful first dance, and a sparkler exit, they did everything with grace and style!

Mr. and Mrs. Williams, it was my absolute pleasure to have been choosen as your wedding photographer. I am so happy for the both of you and wish you many, many years of happiness!
